What This Estimate Assumes
Rough estimate. This is a checklist, not a ruling on what you can claim. It uses YA 2026 amounts for Earned Income Relief, Qualifying Child Relief, standard Parent Relief and NSman self relief. It also uses current SRS and eligible CPF cash top-up caps. SRS uses the Citizen/PR limit of S$15,300; foreigners can claim up to S$35,700 in the Income Tax Estimator. Parent Relief counts up to 2 dependants. Confirm every condition, shared claim and amount with IRAS. Not covered: Parent Relief (Disability), Child Relief (Disability), Working Mother’s Child Relief (WMCR) and other reliefs. Uses resident tax rates and the S$80,000 cap on total personal reliefs. Excludes rebates.

Does Appearing Here Mean I Can Claim The Relief?
No. The calculator trusts what you enter. IRAS rules can depend on income, age, residence, support given, shared claims and more. This page cannot check those.
Why Might My Tax Saving Be Smaller Than The Relief Amount?
A relief lowers your chargeable income (the income you are taxed on), not your tax dollar for dollar. The saving depends on which tax bands the relief comes off, and on the S$80,000 total relief cap.
