What These Columns Mean
Package Premium (Bond Included)
The price each insurer published on 3 Oct 2026 for a non-Malaysian helper aged 50 or below, including the S$5,000 security bond guarantee MOM requires. Where the insurer sells the bond separately, we add its price.

Our Method

How This Comparison Works

We use each insurer’s published package price for a non-Malaysian helper aged 50 or below, as shown on its own site on 3 Oct 2026, including a promotion only where the insurer applies it automatically or prints it in its price table. A 26-month package matches a two-year Work Permit and a 14-month package a one-year permit. Every price includes the S$5,000 security bond guarantee: most insurers bundle it, and where it is sold separately (Sompo) we add the insurer’s price for it. We check each plan’s published medical and personal accident cover against MOM’s S$60,000 minimums; a plan below them is listed but not ranked. Lower premiums rank higher. Optional add-ons such as a bond waiver are not included. Most bundled bonds let the insurer recover the S$5,000 from you if MOM forfeits it, unless you buy the insurer’s waiver; FWD’s policy wording says it will not.

Only products we checked in the last 30 days can rank. Expired offers are left out. Paid links never change the order. We compare a selection of products, not every product on the market.

General insurance prices for information only, not advice. Check the policy wording. Prices are for a non-Malaysian helper aged 50 or below and change with age, nationality, start date and promotions. FWD’s prices are its list prices; its 1 to 4 Oct 2026 campaign discount has ended and is not applied. Malaysian helpers need no security bond. You cannot pass the cost of this insurance on to your helper. Get a quote for your own helper on the insurer’s site before you buy.
