Products We Could Not Rank

These do not fit your inputs, or the provider does not publish comparable rates or fees. Each one shows the reason. Check the official source for details.

A summary of public comments we read, not our rating or a verified claim. Experiences vary. Reviews do not affect the ranking, which is based on published fees and rewards only.

What These Columns Mean
Yearly Value After Annual Fee
The cashback, or miles at your chosen cents-per-mile value, that your entered spending could earn in a year, minus the yearly annual fee you would pay after any free years. FX charges and interest are not taken off.

Could You Qualify For A Welcome Gift?

Check a card’s welcome gift against its campaign rules. Closed campaigns are not shown; see current card offers on Deals. These are single-bank campaigns. This is not a full list of offers or a credit approval check. No gift is added to the comparison above.

Check A Welcome Offer

Fill in the entries to check for a possible gift. Conditions you have not confirmed never count as met.

Your answers stay on this page. They are not saved or sent to a bank. Check the linked terms before you apply. Do not spend more or borrow just to earn a gift.

Our Method

How This Comparison Works

We multiply each monthly spending category by the card’s reward rate. We apply each card’s published minimum spend and cashback caps, then turn the monthly total into a yearly one. General-spend cards use the total of all five fields. Miles are valued at the cents per mile you enter. That is an estimate of what they are worth, not cash. We then take off the yearly annual fee you would pay after any free years. The fee is left out if your spending meets the bank’s published automatic waiver, or if you tell us your fee is usually waived. Cards worth more after the fee rank higher. Exact ties are listed A to Z.

Only products we checked in the last 30 days can rank. Expired offers are left out. Paid links never change the order. We compare a selection of products, not every product on the market.

Enter only transactions eligible under each bank’s merchant-category and payment-mode rules. “Eligible online / mobile” is used only by cards that explicitly reward those transactions; transport eligibility differs by card. Excludes interest, reward rounding, redemption fees, foreign spend in the local view outside the explicit FRANK scenario, welcome offers and unlisted merchant bonuses. For Maybank Family & Friends, the four named categories are assumed to be among your five selected categories. Pay bills in full. EVOL selected gym, telco and streaming portions are included within Online / Mobile or Other spend, with one combined cap. Citi Cash Back ranks with positive transport only after you confirm that all of it qualifies as taxi/private hire; mixed public-transport budgets are not modelled. Posting periods differ: EVOL and Citi use statement months, while OCBC uses calendar months. FRANK’s entered green-merchant portion earns its extra bonus only when the minimum spend is met. Mixed local/foreign spending is supported only in the explicit FRANK-only scenario, with a separate FX-cost illustration. OCBC 365 detailed portions remain within Other spend and use its shared monthly cashback cap; activating them produces a single-card scenario, not a best-card recommendation. These two detailed scenarios cannot be combined. Welcome offers, advertising-platform rebates and transaction rounding remain excluded. SC Smart bonuses use only the separately entered qualifying portions, already included in your main budget. Zero means no bonus qualification assumed. SimplyGo bus/MRT only is modelled for its transport bonus; EV charging is excluded because the official page has conflicting expiry wording. Rewards are cash-redemption equivalents, not automatically paid cashback; points rounding and S$10 redemption blocks are not modelled. Rankings take off the principal card’s published annual fee, including GST, for a year after any free years. A bank’s automatic renewal waiver is applied only when your yearly spend meets the amount it publishes; waivers you must ask for are never assumed. “Usually waived for me” ranks on rewards before fees. Your income filter uses each bank’s published minimum for Singapore Citizens and PRs, or its published minimum for foreigners when you choose Foreigner. Where we have no published foreigner minimum, the card is listed but not ranked for foreigners. Approval is still up to the bank. Dated rule changes, such as OCBC 365 from 1 November 2026, apply automatically on their start date. The separate overseas view uses only its foreign-currency budget, repeated for 12 months. Domestic inputs, mixed FRANK details and welcome gifts are ignored there. Six source-checked models can rank by gross rewards, with FX and annual costs separately illustrated. Excludes exchange-rate spreads, DCC/SGD overseas processing, renewal miles, merchant promotions and redemption costs. Welcome eligibility is checked separately for open campaigns (Citi Cash Back to 31 Mar 2027; OCBC 365 and 90°N to 31 Dec 2026; OCBC INFINITY’s 16% offer is described, not checked); it never changes recurring rankings.
